1. Definitions

2.3 Verification and KYC

gntoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, residency, and source of funds. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All documents submitted must be clear, legible, and unaltered. We typically process verification requests within 1-24 hours during business hours.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other websites or services.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person or entity.
• Immediately notify gntoto if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.3 Responsible Gaming

gntoto is committed to promoting responsible gaming. You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that you may lose money. You agree to:

• Gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
• Set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits as needed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 20,000 to Rp 50,000.
• gntoto does not charge fees for deposits, but your financial institution may impose their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly, but may take up to 30 minutes during high-traffic periods or technical issues.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by gntoto for security reasons.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, but large withdrawals may require additional verification.
• Processing times vary by payment method: e-wallets typically process within 15 minutes to 1 hour; bank transfers typically process within 1-3 hours during banking hours (09:00-21:00 WIB Monday-Sunday).
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal request will be processed.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

gntoto complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Using any form of automated software or system to exploit bonuses.

5.3 Specific Promotion Terms

Each specific promotion may have additional terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotion description. In case of conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Rules

Each game offered on gntoto has its own specific rules, odds, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. You agree to:

• Familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before playing with real money.
• Accept that all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game results.
• Acknowledge that gntoto does not guarantee any particular outcome or level of success in any game.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets, including football leagues (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, etc.), the following rules apply:

• All bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting authority.
• In case of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, settlement rules as stated in the specific sports betting rules will apply.
• gntoto reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of match-fixing, incorrect odds offered due to technical error, or other irregularities.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all sports bets and accumulators. These limits are clearly stated in your account settings.

6.3 Technical Issues

In the event of technical failures, disconnections, or software malfunctions:

• gntoto will make reasonable efforts to restore service and resolve issues promptly.
• If a game round is interrupted, bets will typically be refunded unless the outcome had already been determined.
• gntoto is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, power outages, or third-party service failures.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• gntoto services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• gntoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of gntoto services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the 90 days preceding the claim.
• gntoto is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account if such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain account security.
• We are not liable for any delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by gntoto

gntoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account activity suggests fraudulent behavior, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• You have engaged in abusive or threatening behavior toward other users or staff.
• Your continued use of the platform poses a risk to gntoto or other users.

8.2 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or penalties.
• All bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited.
• You will no longer have access to your account or transaction history.
• You agree not to create a new account without express written permission from gntoto.

8.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination for violation of these terms, gntoto may:

• Confiscate any remaining balance in your account.
• Void any pending bets or game rounds.
• Withhold any winnings obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• Report violations to relevant authorities or third-party service providers.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
